Privacy Policy

We collect information only in the following ways.

• Forms you submit. When you use the quick help form or the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, optional phone number, whether the request is for a home or business, team size, current IT situation, and any message you write.
• Calls and emails. If you call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share with us.
• Basic site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see aggregate traffic such as pages viewed, referring sites, and general device and browser types. It does not use cookies to track you across other websites.
• Security and abuse prevention. To protect our forms from spam and abuse, our servers briefly use your IP address for rate limiting. We do not store your IP address alongside your inquiry.

Please do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or patient, client, or other sensitive records in a form or message. If you need to share something sensitive, ask us how to do it securely.

• To respond to your request and discuss how we can help.
• To provide, quote, and follow up on IT services you ask about.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.
• To understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Form submissions are sent as an email to our business inbox. We do not keep form submissions in a website database. To run the site we rely on a small number of service providers:

• Resend, which delivers form submissions to us by email.
• Vercel, which hosts this website and provides basic analytics.
• Our email provider, which stores the messages we receive.

These providers process information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or website.

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting business relationship, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. If an inquiry does not lead to a customer relationship, we delete it when it is no longer useful. Information about customers is handled under their services agreement.

This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, for example if we add additional analytics tools, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, including Washington, Oregon, and California, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
